The Wind Farm has been sold to Fern Trading Development Limited (whose interest is managed by Octopus Investments), and benefits from a Power Purchase Agreement with CleanCo.
RES’ Construction Management team will oversee the construction of the project, and the Asset Management team will partner with Octopus Investments to manage the project in operations.
